A bit about Dawn Thorpe:

Dawn has returned to Des Moines, after 20 years in California (Sacramento and Santa Barbara). Dawn has an insightful talent for recognizing each buyer or families' personal vision & lifestyle, creating that, within the budget they are comfortable.

In her career she has teamed up with many of the residential industry's icons - John "Jack" Bloodgood, FAIA,  Barry Berkus, FAIA and D R Horton - Sacramento, CA.  Dawn has worked in partnership with many residential architects, developers and custom homebuilders.  Becoming known as a specialist in interior detailing and finishes that, actually enhance the architect's original design.
 
Earlier projects focused on production housing, model home merchandising and residential marketing. Today, high end luxury properties are the largest  portion of Dawn's clientele.  However, she is frequently invited to design a "one of a kind" project or addition.   (i.e. A charming Santa Barbara style church in Santa Monica, an 18,000 sf stone showroom in Northern California) and several private homes.
